Weather & Conditions:
This past week brought some unusual weather for this time of year. Winds shifted direction, initially coming in from the west before turning to the south-southeast. We experienced lower-than-normal tides, which made fishing a bit slower overall.
Fishing Action:
Despite the tricky conditions, our anglers still had a solid week on the water. Plenty of Bonefish were landed, along with some Permit and a few Tarpon. We even had a Grand Slam this week, plus a handful of Snook made an appearance. Other species caught included Barracuda, Snapper, and Jack Crevalle.
220 bones were landed for the week, most were in the 2-4 pound range.
Anglers landed 10 Permit for the week.
Anglers landed 7 Tarpon for the week.
6 Snook plus some - Barracuda- Jacks- Snapper
