Reef Fishing in Belize on the Barrier Reef

Guided half-day and full-day trips from El Pescador

Stunning aerial view showcasing vibrant tropical waters and coral formations.

Fish the Belize Barrier Reef

The Belize Barrier Reef – the largest in the Western Hemisphere and second only to Australia’s Great Barrier Reef – stretches roughly 180 miles along the Caribbean coast and teems with snapper, barracuda, grouper, jacks, and hundreds of other fish species. El Pescador’s guided reef fishing trips bring guests to productive water near Ambergris Caye with experienced local guides.

Reef fishing at El Pescador is ideal for families, couples, and guests looking for a diverse, high-action alternative to flats fishing. Half-day and full-day guided charters depart directly from the resort and can be paired with beach time or snorkeling, depending on the trip.
